  • All tags, manuals, warranty cards, and packaging materials must be intact and included with the product.
  • The warranty card must be present during return or exchange.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Products missing their warranty card will not be accepted for return or exchange.

  • If pick-up service is not available in your area, you can self-ship the product to our designated returns address.
  • Ensure the product is packed securely and all necessary details, including the order number and return ID, are included in the package.

  • Once we receive the returned product at our warehouse, we will conduct a quality check to ensure it meets the return criteria.
  • Upon successful inspection, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
